The plain-language rules for using the BetVantage website and app. No fine-print traps — just what BetVantage is, who it's for, and what it will and won't do.

What BetVantage is

BetVantage is an odds comparison and alerting tool. BetVantage does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, place wagers, handle deposits, or pay winnings. You place any bet directly with your own sportsbook — we only help you find the price before you do.

Eligibility

BetVantage is intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older and located where sports betting information and sportsbook access are lawful. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

Odds and availability

  • Odds, markets, limits, and sportsbook availability can change at any time.
  • You must verify all odds directly with the sportsbook before betting.
  • BetVantage does not promise that any price, market, or sportsbook link will remain available.
  • Sportsbook availability varies by state; BetVantage shows only the books that are live where you are.

No betting advice

BetVantage shows price differences, promos, alerts, and publicly graded picks, but it does not provide personalized betting recommendations, financial advice, outcome predictions, or promises about results. Vantage Picks and EV+ are arithmetic applied to real prices and promo terms — graded in the open, losses included — never a prediction of the game. Betting carries risk, and only you decide whether to place a wager.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse BetVantage, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape systems where prohibited, or use BetVantage in a way that violates law or third-party terms.

Product changes

BetVantage is actively developed. Features, routes, alerts, plans, and sportsbook availability may change as the product grows, and access does not mean BetVantage will be available in every state or on every device.
